中国科学院生物与化学交叉研究中心（The Interdisciplinary Research Center on Biology and Chemistry, IRCBC）依托中国科学院上海有机化学研究所建设，于2012年成立，是面向生命科学与化学交叉前沿的重要科研平台。中心由美国科学院院士袁钧瑛教授担任主任，聚焦人类健康相关重大科学问题，重点围绕神经系统疾病，特别是神经退行性疾病中的关键机制，发展并应用先进的生物学、化学、成像和多组学技术开展系统研究。中心已形成具有国际视野和交叉学科特色的研究队伍，汇聚多位高水平科研人员，并拥有完善的研究生、博士后和技术支撑体系。中心承担了科技部重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项等多项重要科研任务，配套建设了高水平科研仪器平台和开放共享技术体系。近年来，中心团队在Cell、Nature、Science等国际顶级期刊发表多项重要成果，为开展前沿交叉研究和培养创新型科研人才提供了良好平台。
招聘简介
中国科学院生物与化学交叉研究中心 （IRCBC ）拟新建课题组，由国际著名生物学家担任课题组长（PI），主要研究方向为神经系统发育与再生的分子遗传学机制。
现因课题组建设需要，公开招聘科研助理（实验技术人员）一名。该岗位主要承担实验室日常技术支持与基础性实验工作，具体任务将根据课题组实际科研进展灵活安排。我们期待候选人具备扎实的实验操作能力与良好的团队协作精神，目标入职时间为2026年11月。课题组将为合适人选提供具有竞争力的支持条件。
招聘要求
1. 具有较为丰富的微生物学相关实验经验，能熟练配制溶液、灭菌、培养细胞、熟悉显微镜操作；
2. 具有良好的英文听说读写能力与跨文化交际能力，工作认真踏实、耐心细致，有较强的责任心和团队合作精神。
3. 具有生物学或相关专业硕士及以上学历；对于实验经验丰富、条件优秀的候选人，学历要求可放宽至本科。

Laboratory Technician Position Available – New Lab at IRCBC
The Interdisciplinary Research Center on Biology and Chemistry (IRCBC) at the Chinese Academy of Sciences is establishing new research groups led by internationally renowned Principal Investigators (PI). The groups focus on the molecular genetic basis of tissue development, maintenance, and regeneration.
We are seeking a Research Assistant (Laboratory Technician) with the primary duty to provide technical support for the laboratory. The successful candidate will perform routine experimental work and assist with research activities as required by the group’s evolving research programs and scientific priorities. Responsibilities may be adjusted as the research develops. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong laboratory skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and international research environment.

Qualifications
Hands-onexperience with basic microbiology laboratory techniques, includingsolutionpreparation, sterile technique, cell culture, and microscopy.
Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills, and a good level of English andChinese speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Aconscientious, responsible, and detail-oriented work ethic, with strong organizational skills and teamwork spirit.
Amaster’s degree or higher in biology or a related field is preferred;candidates with a bachelor’s degree and substantial laboratory experienceare also encouraged to apply.
