四、岗位职责及相关待遇

(一)到岗时间

2026年8月—2027年7月

(二)教学任务

语言类外聘外籍教师标准周课时8-10节(每课时45分钟)。

外籍英语教师承担以下工作职责:面向学校学生开展专业英语、公共英语课程教学工作,完成备课、教案撰写、课件制作、教学计划制定、课程标准落实、作业批改、学生辅导答疑、成绩评定、成绩录入及成绩归档等教学相关工作。同时,需积极配合开展英语课程建设及教学研讨活动,组织英语角及各类英语文化活动,指导学生开展口语训练、批改学生作文,协助中国教师辅导学生参与演讲及各类比(竞)赛,完成教研室交办的其他教学科研工作。超出规定教学任务的课时将另行计算报酬。

(三)薪资标准

1.外聘语言教师的劳务报酬按实际授课课时核算,执行约定课时费标准,据实结算。

I. School Profile

Founded in March 2020, Qingdao Preschool Education College is a full-time public junior college featuring teacher education as its core discipline and non-teacher education as supporting programs.

The college is located in the core area of the SCO Demonstration Zone, on the north bank of Jiaozhou Bay. It neighbors Jiaodong International Airport to the north and Jiaozhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge to the south, covering a total land area of 503 mu with superior geographic location and convenient transportation.

The college offers 44 enrollment majors across 9 categories including Education and Arts. Its education majors cover Preschool Education and Physical Education. Six distinctive discipline clusters are available: Business & Trade, Jewelry, Cultural Tourism & Culinary Arts, Information Technology, Languages, and Arts & Media.

II. Eligibility Requirements

1. Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, maintain good physical health and have no criminal record.

2. Possess sound moral integrity, as well as physical and mental fitness suitable for the teaching position.

3.Meet the requirements on academic degree, major and specialization for the post. Foreign language teachers shall primarily teach their native language. They must hold a masters or higher degree from a university or educational institution in their native country and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant language teaching experience.

4. For applicants with prior teaching experience in China, they shall satisfy all the following criteria:

IV. Job Responsibilities & Remuneration Packages

1.Employment Term: August 2026 – July 2027

2.Teaching Duties: Standard weekly teaching workload: 8–10 class hours (45 minutes per class hour).

Foreign English teachers shall undertake the following responsibilities:

Deliver instruction of major English and general English courses for enrolled students; complete lesson preparation, syllabus design, courseware production, teaching plan formulation, curriculum standard implementation, homework grading, student tutoring, performance assessment, score entry and filing. In addition, teachers are required to actively participate in curriculum construction and teaching research activities, organize English Corners and various English cultural events, provide oral English training for students, grade student essays, assist Chinese faculty in coaching students for English speech contests and other competitions, and complete other teaching and research tasks assigned by the Teaching & Research Office. Extra teaching hours beyond the standard workload will be compensated separately.

3. Salary Standards

Remuneration for part-time foreign language teachers is calculated based on actual teaching hours at agreed hourly rates, paid on an actual-hour basis.
