国际项目办公室专员是学院国际项目办公室的重要成员,主要负责协助推进学院国际交流与合作项目,支持学院全球合作网络建设,并为国际学生、访问学者及海外合作伙伴提供行政与项目支持。国际项目办公室专员向主管国际合作及国际项目的领导汇报工作。

一、 岗位职责

1. 与北京大学本部及深圳研究生院相关职能部门保持沟通,完成本部及深研院要求的国际交流与合作相关工作;

2. 协助学院开展留学生招生工作,包括招生宣传、材料审核、面试安排、通知发放、签证协助等学位留学生入学的相关事宜;

3. 协助管理参与学位留学生及交换留学生的相关学籍与学业事务,包括学分认定、成绩记录、学生档案整理及相关信息管理等工作,并与学院教务部门保持沟通协调;

4. 承担一定的学生事务管理工作,包括为国际学生提供学习与生活方面的咨询与支持,发布相关通知和信息,协助解决学生在学习与生活中遇到的问题等相关学生管理职责;

5. 负责学院学生国际交流项目(如交换学习、短期访学等)的组织与管理工作,包括项目宣传、招生、申请材料收集与审核、项目对接及学生服务等;

6. 协助学院开展国际合作项目的日常管理与协调工作,包括与海外高校及合作机构保持沟通联系,推进合作项目的落实与执行;

7. 协助接待来访的海外高校代表、访问学者及国际合作伙伴,参与安排访问行程、学术交流活动及相关行政事务;

8. 协助开展学院国际项目的数据整理、信息更新及统计分析工作,维护相关数据库和项目档案;

9. 协助进行学院国际交流信息发布、项目宣传及相关英文材料的撰写与编辑;

10. 完成学院领导交办的其他相关工作。

二、 任职要求

1. 硕士研究生及以上学历,专业不限;具有法律、国际关系、教育管理或相关背景者优先;

2. 具有良好的中英文口头与书面表达能力,能够在双语及跨文化环境中开展沟通与工作;

3. 具备较强的组织协调能力与沟通能力,能够在多任务环境下高效推进项目;

4. 工作细致认真,责任心强,具备良好的服务意识与团队合作精神;

5. 熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件,具备基本的数据整理与信息管理能力;

6. 具有高校国际交流或行政管理相关工作经验者优先;

7. 有海外学习或工作经历者优先。

Peking University School of Transnational Law (STL) is located at Peking University Shenzhen Campus. Founded in 2008, STL is the only law school in China offering the American J.D. degree program. It is also the world’s only law school that combines the American J.D. program with China’s traditional Juris Master (J.M.) program. Additionally, the school offers an LL.M. program for international students. STL has recruited top scholars worldwide and successfully built an excellent international faculty team.

Due to institutional development needs, we are seeking to hire oneOfficer of International Programs. The position offers a supportive, bilingual, and collaborative work environment, providing the successful candidate with a cross-cultural professional platform to fully develop and enhance their skills and potential.

The Officer of International Programs will be a key member of the STL’s office of Graduate and International Program, primarily responsible for assisting in the implementation of international exchange and cooperation initiatives, supporting the development of the STL’s global network, and providing administrative and programmatic support to international students, visiting scholars, and overseas partners. The Officer will report to the leadership overseeing graduate and international programs.

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Liaise with relevant administrative offices at Peking University’s main campus and the Shenzhen Graduate School to support and implement international exchange and cooperation initiatives required by both campuses.

2. Assist in the recruitment and admission of international students, including admissions promotion, application materials review, interview coordination, issuance of admission-related notices, visa assistance, and other matters related to the enrollment of degree-seeking international students.

3. Assist in managing academic records and related administrative matters for degree-seeking international students and exchange students, including credit transfer and recognition, grade recording, student file management, and related information administration, while coordinating closely with the School’s academic affairs office.

4. Provide support for student affairs related to international students, including offering guidance on academic and daily life matters, issuing relevant notices and information, and assisting students in resolving issues that arise during their studies and campus life.

5. Support the organization and administration of the School’s student international exchange programs (such as semester exchanges and short-term study programs), including program promotion, student recruitment, collection and review of application materials, program coordination, and student services.

6. Assist with the administration and coordination of the School’s international cooperation initiatives, including maintaining communication with overseas universities and partner institutions and facilitating the implementation of collaborative programs.

7. Assist in hosting visiting delegations from overseas universities, visiting scholars, and international partners, including arranging visit schedules, academic exchange activities, and related administrative support.

8. Assist with the compilation, updating, and statistical analysis of data related to the School’s international programs, and maintain relevant databases and project records.

9. Support the dissemination of information on the School’s international exchange activities, program promotion, and the drafting and editing of related English-language materials.

10. Perform other duties as assigned by the School’s leadership.

II. Qualifications

1. A master’s degree or above in any field; candidates with backgrounds in law, international relations, education administration, or related disciplines are preferred.

2. Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to work effectively in a bilingual and cross-cultural environment.

3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support projects in a fast-paced environment.

4. Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong service mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software, with basic skills in data organization and information management.

6. Prior experience in international programs or administrative work in higher education institutions is preferred.

7. Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
