Founded in 2013 by the Chaoyang District Government with the approval of the Beijing Municipal Government, Beijing Academy is a twelve-year public school guided by the motto “Better me, better world”. It is committed to an international, modern, and high-quality education and building a modern school with Beijing style, Chinese temperament and global horizon.
北京中学从2017年开始进行国际理解教育实验班的探索，2020年高中中外课程合作项目获北京市教委批准，与美国格伦罗克高中共建融合课程体系。作为CIS和WASC双认证，College Board、Cambridge International 和ACT-GAC授权学校，我们以国家课程为根基，开设22门AP课程及丰富校本选修课程体系（与高中部共享资源），搭建完整的实践育人与升学指导体系。
Beijing Academy began its exploration of international understanding education with an experimental class in 2017. In 2020, its Sino-US cooperative curriculum program was approved by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, and an integrated curriculum was developed in partnership with Glen Rock High School in the United States. Beijing Academy is accredited by both CIS and WASC, as well as authorized by the College Board, Cambridge International, and ACT-GAC. Grounded in the national curriculum, we offer 22 AP courses and a wide range of school-based electives (shared with the high school division), alongside a comprehensive framework for practice-based education and college counselling.
自2020年首届毕业生起，连续七年收获”美国藤校/前十大学”的录取结果，先后有学生斩获美国哈佛大学、宾夕法尼亚大学、斯坦福大学、加州理工学院、约翰霍普金斯大学、达特茅斯学院、布朗大学、康奈尔大学、西北大学等名校offer，学子们更是获得英国G5大满贯（剑桥大学、牛津大学、帝国理工学院、伦敦政经学院、伦敦大学学院），录取国家和地区愈发多元(加拿大、澳大利亚、中国香港、法国、日本、新西兰等)。Since our first graduating class in 2020, our graduates have been admitted to Ivy League schools or top-10 US universities for seven consecutive years. Our students have received offers from Harvard University, the University of Pennsylvania, Stanford University, California Institute of Technology, Johns Hopkins University, Dartmouth College, Brown University, Cornell University, and Northwestern University, as well as from the UK’s prestigious G5 universities — the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford, Imperial College London, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and University College London. Beyond the United States and the United Kingdom, our graduates go on to universities in an increasingly diverse range of countries and regions, including Canada, Australia, Hong Kong SAR（China), France, Japan, and New Zealand.

Teaching Positions
国际部各学科双语教师，涵盖中学阶段数学、语文、英语、物理、化学、生物、地理、历史、政治、体育、音乐、美术、心理、信息科技等。
BAID is recruiting bilingual teachers for all subjects from junior high to senior high, including mathematics, Chinese language and literature, English, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, history, politics, physical education, music, art, psychology, and information technology.

我们期待你：统招硕士及以上学历，具备相关学科、学段教师资格证书；专业知识扎实，具备良好的教学设计能力、课堂把控能力与团队协作能力，英文功底扎实，可胜任双语教学工作；热爱教育事业，认同学校办学理念，品行端正、责任心强；学习能力、创新能力突出，有海外求学经历、国际课程学习或实习经历者优先。
We are looking for candidates who hold a full-time master’s degree or above and a teaching certificate for the relevant subject and level; who have solid subject knowledge and strong skills in lesson design, classroom management, and teamwork; who have a strong command of English and are fully capable of bilingual teaching; who are genuinely passionate about education and share our educational philosophy; and who demonstrate integrity, responsibility, and an outstanding capacity for learning and innovation. Candidates who have studied overseas, taken international curriculum courses, or completed relevant internships are preferred.

Experienced Teachers
我们期待你：北京市内在职在编教师，符合朝阳区教委所属事业单位招聘条件；外省市教师须具有省级特级教师称号或金牌教练，原则上不超过45周岁；熟悉国际课程教学体系，具备良好的双语授课与课堂把控能力，能够独立完成课程设计、课堂教学、学情辅导等工作；热爱教育事业，认同学校办学理念，品行端正、责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力。同等条件下，具有相关学科骨干称号者优先。
We are looking for candidates who are in-service public school teachers in Beijing and meet the recruitment requirements of institutions under the Chaoyang District Education Commission. Teachers from other provinces or cities must hold a provincial-level Special-Grade Teacher title or Gold Medal Coach status, and should generally be no older than 45. We expect candidates to be familiar with international curriculum systems, to have strong bilingual teaching and classroom management skills, and to be able to independently design courses, deliver lessons, and support students’ learning. They should be genuinely passionate about education, share our educational philosophy, demonstrate integrity, responsibility, and teamwork. Preference is given to candidates who hold the title of Backbone Teacher in their subject.

1.编制与保障：
Employment Security
符合北京市人才引进政策的非京籍应届生，可解决北京市户口和正式编制，享受朝阳区公立校在编教师待遇福利。
Recent graduates without Beijing hukou (household registration) who meet the requirements of Beijing’s talent introduction policy will be granted Beijing hukou and a permanent public-school teaching post, with the same compensation and benefits as in-service teachers at public schools in Chaoyang District.
2. 住房支持：
Housing Support
单身教师学校可提供宿舍；博士、特级教师和省级骨干教师有机会优先解决人才公租房。
Single teachers may be offered on-campus dormitories; PhD holders, Special-Grade Teachers, and provincial-level backbone teachers may be given priority for public rental housing.
3. 薪酬福利：
Salary and Benefits
基础薪资、绩效奖金、课时补贴、各类专项津贴；五险一金、带薪寒暑假、年度体检、工会福利一应俱全。
Base salary, performance bonuses, teaching-hour subsidies, and a range of special allowances; full social insurance and housing fund contributions, paid winter and summer vacations, annual physical examinations, and union benefits.
