1.Master’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.2.Good physical and mental health.3.Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or MATLAB preferred) with data analysis experience.4.Strong teamwork and communication skills; fully committed to scientific research.5.English proficiency sufficient for daily research communication (lab language is English).6.Not currently affiliated with any company or corporate legal entity.Preferred (not mandatory):1.Background or experience in neuroscience, physiology, or behavioral research.2.Hands-on experience with rodent experiments.3. Familiarity with in vivo imaging, electrophysiology, or neural manipulation techniques.4.Experience with molecular/cellular neurobiology or immunohistochemistry.5.Machine learning or advanced data-science skills for large neural datasets. |

| 岗位职责 | |
| 1.Actively participate in research projects under the guidance of the PI and senior lab members.2.Conduct literature reviews and background research to support ongoing projects.3.Assist in designing and executing experiments (behavioral tasks, sample preparation, data collection).4.Perform data analysis and contribute to manuscript preparation and progress reports.5.Maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, and animal records in good order.6.Collaborate with lab members and external partners across GIFT, SJTU, and international networks.7.Perform additional research-related duties as assigned by the PI. | |
