三、基本条件
1.遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律,认同中国能建企业文化,具备良好的职业道德和学术风范。
2.专家型人才是指在相关专业领域特别是在科技领域取得一定专业成就的权威人士。其中,专家一般需具备扎实的理论功底和专业技术能力,能解决相关专业领域前沿性、关键性、复杂性问题及难题;高级专家指在前面所述专家素质、资格基础上,进一步掌握了相关专业领域特别是科技领域的核心竞争力,在行业内具备一定的影响力;资深专家则在高级专家基础上,在相关专业领域有较大发明创造或重大革新,在行业内有较强的影响力;首席专家则在资深专家基础上,在相关专业领域特别是科技领域有权威性,处于国际一流水平。不同企业层级的专家、高级专家、资深专家、首席专家的任职条件和要求有所不同。
3.一般应具有博士学位,在国(境)外知名企业、科研院所、高等院校正式工作不少于3年;或从事博士后研究不少于2年;在海外取得博士学位的可适当放宽工作年限要求。
4.在国际知名企业担任高层级职务,或者在国际知名高校、科研院所担任相当于副教授以上职务者优先。
5.特别优秀者可适当放宽条件。

III. Basic Conditions
1.Compliance and Cultural Alignment: Adhere to the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China, recognize and align with the corporate culture of China Energy Engineering Corporation (CEEC), and possess excellent professional ethics and academic integrity.
2.Definition of Expert Talents: Expert talents refer to authoritative figures who have achieved a certain level of professional success in their respective fields, especially in the field of science and technology. Among them:
Experts typically need to have a solid theoretical foundation and professional technical capabilities, capable of solving frontier, critical, complex problems, and challenges in their professional fields.
Senior Experts, on top of the qualities and qualifications mentioned for experts, must also master the core competitiveness in their professional fields, particularly in science and technology, and possess a certain influence within the industry.
Veteran Experts, building upon the senior expert level, should have made significant inventions or major innovations in their professional fields and exert considerable influence within the industry.
Chief Experts, based on the veteran expert level, should have authority in their professional fields, especially in science and technology, reaching an internationally first-class level.
The appointment conditions and requirements for experts, senior experts, veteran experts, and chief experts vary at different levels within the enterprise hierarchy.
3.Educational Background and Experience: Candidates should hold a doctoral degree and have worked formally for no less than three years in well-known enterprises, research institutions, or universities abroad; or have engaged in postdoctoral research for no less than two years. For those who obtained their doctoral degrees overseas, the work experience requirement may be appropriately relaxed.
4.Preference for International Experience: Preference will be given to candidates who have held high-level positions in internationally renowned enterprises or served as associate professors or above in prestigious international universities and research institutions.
5.Exceptional Cases: Conditions may be appropriately relaxed for exceptionally outstanding candidates.
